General video about the eservices and how to apply
- User clicks on "Register" or "Registration".
- User fills required data and submits the form according to user's type; for an individual
or a company:
- User waits for successful operation message.
- System sends Activation Code to user's mobile phone.
When user enters the username and password for the first time to an inactive account, System requests entering Activation Code.
- Enter the code, and click Activate.
- Wait for operation successful completion message.
- System will redirect you to your Workspace, where you can initiate, view, and follow-up on E-Service Requests.
- Enter your username and password then click "Login".
- System will redirect you to your Workspace, where you can initiate, view, and follow-up on E-Services Requests.
- User clicks on "Forgot Password"
- User fills required data and submits the form according to Retrieval Method; for Email
or for Username
- System sends Activation Code to user's mobile phone.
- User fills and submits new password , its confirmation and the activation code
- User waits for successful operation message.
- System will redirect you to login page, where you can log in using your new password
From your Workspace, you can initiate E-Services Requests.
- Select Service Category, Service Type then Service.
- Click "Go".
- Complete Initial Information, Service Information, Attachments, then Payment. Finally, submit your request.

From your Workspace, you can search for and view your requests at any time.
From your Workspace, you can follow up your requests progression and view them.
From anywhere using only your mobile phone, you can access all the e-Services you
need via any of the following channels:
- MOEW Mobile Applications: A mobile application; available for iOS, Android,
Windows Phone, and BlackBerry devices.
- MOEW Mobile Portal: Access MOEW portal from your mobile browser using a mobile-friendly
user interface.
- USSD: For Smart Phones, or even older phones; you can inquire your requests
status, certificates expiration dates, and call for MOEW Guidance and Help.
